How to invite your first client
You do not have to roll TheraBasics out across your whole caseload. Start with one client, and let the rhythm prove itself before you invite anyone else.
Where to invite a client
From your dashboard, open the Clients tab and choose Invite a client. You enter the client's name and email, and send the invite. That is the whole setup.
Jessica gets a private link to set up her own account. Client access is free while she is connected to you.
What the client receives
The client receives a private invite link by email. They use it to set up their own account on their own phone. They download the app, and their check-ins are theirs from the first day.
What happens after the client accepts
Once the client accepts, they appear on your roster. As they check in during the week, anything they choose to share starts shaping their pre-session brief. Nothing is shared until they decide to share it.
A good first-client use case
A recommended first-client use case is someone you see weekly who tends to arrive a little foggy on how the week actually went. The between-session signal helps most where the verbal recap is hardest.
