What clients see when they check in

It is easier to recommend something when you know what it asks of people. A TheraBasics check-in is designed to take under 30 seconds and to feel kind on a hard day.

Mood, in weather language

The check-in opens with mood selection using weather language rather than numbers. A client taps the weather that matches the day, from stormy to partly sunny, which is gentler than rating yourself on a clinical scale.

Habits and a small win

Next is habit completion: the few small practices the client is working on. Marking one done is a quiet, satisfying moment, never a streak that punishes a miss.

An optional reflection

There is room for an optional reflection on what helped and what got in the way. A sentence is plenty. Skipping it is always allowed.

Optional cycle context

When it is relevant, a client can add optional cycle context, so mood shifts can be read alongside the body rather than in isolation.

The client chooses what to share

Throughout, the client sharing controls stay in the client's hands. Nothing is shared by default. They decide, entry by entry, what becomes visible to you. The whole experience is designed to be quick and low-pressure.
