Hi, I'm Raven.
I built TheraBasics to close the gap between deciding to start therapy and actually thriving in it. Through my training in clinical psychology, I kept seeing the same thing: the real work happens in the days between sessions, and most of it goes unseen. TheraBasics exists to hold that work, for the people doing it and the clinicians walking alongside them.
